My Pay is a Cape Town based Payroll Outsourcing service provider.
We offer a comprehensive payroll service that is cost-effective, professional, ethical, confidential & secure.
My Pay also offers Human Resources Administration services and Employee Self Service facilities that are directly linked with the payroll system.
We cater for small to medium enterprises (SME’s), but we can handle anything from one employee to a couple of thousand. We find that for SME’s it is 9 times out of 10 more cost-effective to outsource their payroll, than to employ a person just for this purpose. You can be assured of knowledgeable and experienced service at an excellent rate, in stead of employing a junior person that might even cost you more in terms of perhaps lacking certain skills, the cost of their salary, leave and other staff issues.
My Pay stays up to date with the latest legislation, taxation and all statutory requirements regarding Payroll via the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and other reputable institutions such as the South African Payroll Association (SAPA).
Even though we have a strong focus on Payroll, we do have Human Resources Administration facilities available. If the client needs specific Human Resources assistance, we will refer the client to a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Consultant.
